On Friday 2nd December 2013, we were thrilled to be announced as the Overall Winner, UK Estate Agency of the Year at The Times and The Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards. The team at McEwan Fraser Legal headed down to the grand Hilton London Metropole to attend the Estate Agency of the Year Awards Ceremony hosted by Penny Smith – a prestigious event that gathers all the best Estate Agents from across the UK. The awards are sponsored by The Sunday Times, The Times and Zoopla, and it is the only event that is solely focussed on Estate Agency in the UK.
Winners are decided based on a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, through telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman.
