The event was held at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow, attended by leading professionals in the industry. It is one of Scotland’s most prestigious property event s which celebrates excellence in the sector. Winning ‘The Herald Property Award for Residential Team of the Year’ is a tremendous honour for the entire team at McEwan Fraser Legal. The team work very hard to stand out from competition on a daily basis and meet client needs. Receiving this award was the perfect recognition of the commitment made by the team across Scotland. The win was described by sponsor Jonathan Riley as a “massive achievement”. He said the firm had overcome “stiff competition and very able competitors” to lift the prize. As you may know, the level of the bar in the estate agency industry is set very high with increasing customer focus, service, and seven-day opening. It’s an industry that has been through a difficult period, however the recovery is well under way and therefore it is harder than ever to stand out.
