This week, McEwan Fraser Legal launched a battle to find out which club has the noisiest fans – Dundee or Dundee United. Dundee and Dundee United football clubs will perform a ‘sound test’ at their respective home grounds to find out who has the loudest fans. Placing a decibel meter in the loudest area of each grounds and encouraging the crowd to make as much noise as possible, is how the contest will be measured.
Cammy Kerr from Dundee FC and Scott Fraser from Dundee United FC had a showdown on Dundee Law, high above both grounds, ahead of the #NoisyNeighbour challenge starting this Saturday. The two-stage battle will commence on the 21st October when Dundee United face Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Dundee’s chance to beat the meter will come a few days later when they play Motherwell on 25th October. McEwan Fraser Legal are proud main sponsors of both clubs in the City of Discover. Our Chief Executive, Ken McEwan comments: “We’re proud to support both Dundee and Dundee United, and we want to allow the fans a chance to show us who can create the biggest racket and be crowned noisiest neighbour. It’s fantastic that these events will be taking part during matches with the other two teams we sponsor – Inverness and Motherwell.
A great show of how much McEwan Fraser Legal is supporting Scottish football.” Here are some photos were taken at the launch: WHO DO YOU THINK WILL WIN OUR NOISY NEIGHBOUR CHALLENGE??
