On Friday 4th December, over 650 leading estate agents from throughout the UK attended the glittering ceremony at The Lancaster London Hotel where the winners of the most highly regarded awards in the estate agency industry were revealed.
The winners were presented with their awards by international rugby star and MBE Matt Dawson, with renowned journalist, author and newsreader Penny Smith acting as compere.
The ceremony marked the culmination of a rigorous judging process carried out by a panel of industry experts, who assessed entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants. This included multiple telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises, all overseen by the Property Ombudsman.
Now in its thirteenth year, these awards have become widely recognised as the most prestigious and difficult to win. We were delighted to have received Silver in the Best Scotland Estate Agency category and Silver in the Best Marketing category. According to the Judges’ Report, McEwan Fraser Legal “works in an unconventional way”.
We are proud to be recognised as an estate agency that “thinks differently” and we have based our award winning marketing strategy around this.
