This is the nation’s most prestigious industry awards ceremony (you don’t want to miss!) that celebrates excellence in the Scottish legal profession. A Lifetime Achievement Award last night as accepted by Lord John McCluskey celebrating his forty years of service to the UK judiciary.
The awards ceremony took place at the Edinburgh Assembly Rooms, Thursday 30th March with a sell-out crowd of 420 people.
Shonaig Macpherson, chair of the judging panel, commented;
“Alongside my 11 colleagues on the judging panel, we draw together a wide range of expertise which allows us to make informed and independent decisions on all our entries. This year we received a large increase in the number of entries which allowed us to review a great volume of work in real depth.
“With two honorary awards for Lifetime Achievement and Managing Partner of the Year, I think our awards offer a fantastic insight into the highest performing individuals and businesses in Scottish law. Congratulations to all our finalists and winners this year and I hope to see them make the most out of their major wins in the coming year.”
This is our second year in a row receiving the Residential Property Team of the Year award, and we are delighted that our legal team have again achieved excellent results this year. The judges described the firm as"ballsy innovators" for our highly visible and 21st-century approach to advertising and high-quality, 24-hour customer service.
